4   Morningstar Farms Breakfast Strips
  (soybean imitation bacon)
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozChopped onion
1/2 cup 55g / 1.9ozChopped celery
1 tablespoon 15mlVegetable oil
1/2   Garlic clove
1   Water
1   Tomatoes
1/4 cup 59mlKetchup
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/2 tablespoon 7.5mlWorcestershire sauce
1   Tobasco sauce
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlCurry powder
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozScallops
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozShrimp
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozSteakfish (hake)

Recipe Instructions

In a large skillet, brown imitation bacon. Brown onion and celery in oil. Add all ingredients except seafood. Simmer until tomaotes are cooked. Add seafood. Cook about 15 minutes more.

Serving size is 1 1/2 cups.
