1/4 cup | 59ml | Ketchup |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | Tobasco sauce | |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Curry powder |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Scallops |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Shrimp |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Steakfish (hake) |
In a large skillet, brown imitation bacon. Brown onion and celery in oil. Add all ingredients except seafood. Simmer until tomaotes are cooked. Add seafood. Cook about 15 minutes more.
Serving size is 1 1/2 cups.
