Potato Skins Recipe - Cooking Index
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Potatoes (preferably long) (large) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vegetable oil |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
Paprika - to taste |
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Scrub potatoes. Cut them lengthwise into 6 wedges (like pickle spears). Dry the cut sides; put them in a large bowl and toss with oil and seasonings. Spread on baking sheet and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serving size is 1 potato.
