Peanut Butter Fudge - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 cups | 594g / 20oz | Sugar |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter |
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Peanut butter |
Combine sugar and milk in saucepan.
Cook over moderate heat to "soft ball", stirring occasionally to keep form sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Remove from heat.
Beat in butter and peanut butter. Beat until it holds it shape.
Pour into buttered dish to cool.
