Peaches Italian Style Recipe - Cooking Index

1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
4 oz | 113g | Juice - lemon |
2 oz | 56g | Juice - orange |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Wine - port |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Vermouth - sweet |
1 cup | 237ml | Wine - white |
Peel the peaches. Slice them into medium-sized pieces.
Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Add lemon juice, orange juice, Port, and white wine.
Mix well, (try not to bruise the peaches) and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve in chilled glass cups.
