Pineapple Cake Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Crushed pineapple with juice - (20 oz) | |
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Sugar |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Flour |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Baking soda |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Nuts |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Mix well, fold in nuts. Pour into 10- by 10-inch sheet cake pan. Bake 45 minutes. Cut into 2 1/2- by 2 1/2-inch pieces.
