1   Crushed pineapple with juice - (20 oz)
2 cups 396g / 13ozSugar
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozFlour
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozEgg Beaters 99% egg substitute
2 tablespoons 30mlBaking soda
1/2 cup 118mlNuts

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Mix well, fold in nuts. Pour into 10- by 10-inch sheet cake pan. Bake 45 minutes. Cut into 2 1/2- by 2 1/2-inch pieces.
