Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlPineapple juice
3 tablespoons 45mlPowdered sugar
8 oz 227gPeach low-fat yogurt - (1 container)

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients; stir well. Spoon mixture evenly into 10 frozen pop molds or (3-ounce) paper cups; insert wooden sticks. Freeze until firm.

Yield: 10 servings (serving size: 1 pop).
