Peach Nutmeg Frappe Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Fresh or frozen peach slices |
1 cup | 237ml | Vanilla low-fat ice cream |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Skim milk |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Powdered sugar |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Ground nutmeg |
Mint sprigs - (optional) | ||
Additional ground nutmeg - (optional) |
Combine the peach slices, ice cream, milk, powdered sugar, and 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg in a blender, and process until smooth. Pour the frappe into glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs, and sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if desired. Serve immediately.
Yield: 2 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
