Recipe Ingredients

6 cups 1422mlPeaches; peeled - thin sliced
1 tablespoon 15mlLemon juice
6 tablespoons 90mlButter
3/4 cup 46g / 1.6ozFlour
1/3 cup 53g / 1.9ozBrown sugar
1/3 cup 65g / 2.3ozSugar
2/3 cup 41g / 1.4ozRolled oats
1 teaspoon 5mlCinnamon
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlNutmeg - freshly grated
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozWalnuts - chopped coarsely

Recipe Instructions

place peaches slices in 8-1/2 inch round or 8 inch square microwave proof dish. Stir in lemon juice and toss lightly. cut butter into flour in medium mixing bowl until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal.

Stir in sugars, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg and walnuts. Sprinkle over peaches.

Microwave on high(100% power) until fruit is tender 12 to 14 minutes rotating dish once.

Or bake in oven at 350F for 20 minutes
