Peach And Cream Dessert Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Flour |
2 | Vanilla pudding mix | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Baking powder |
1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Margarine melted |
32 oz | 909g | Peaches |
16 oz | 454g | Cream cheese |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cinnamon |
Mix first three ingredients, then add in the next two ingredients. Mix well and spread in a greased pan. Drain peaches and save juice. Arrange on top of batter.
Beat cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar and 2/3 cups of peach juice. Pour mixture on top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
