Orange Whip Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Unflavored gelatin | |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Sugar |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
1 3/4 cups | 414ml | Hot orange juice - (150f) |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Whipped topping |
In a mixing bowl, combine gelatin, sugar and salt. Add hot orange juice and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Chill slightly until thickened, about 1 1/2 hours.
Beat on Low speed until light and fluffy. Spoon into dessert dishes; chill until firm.
Top with a dollop of whipped tipping.
