Orange Rhubarb Recipe - Cooking Index

4 cups | 584g / 20oz | Chopped rhubarb |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
3 oz | 85g | Orange gelatin |
1 | Mandarin oranges |
Boil the rhubarb in water until soft (about 10 minutes). Add sugar and gelatin.
Stir in oranges and continue stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Cool until thickened and serve.
