6 cups | 558g / 19oz | Cranberries |
1 1/2 cups | 297g / 10oz | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Nutmeg |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Pecans - chopped |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Brown sugar |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour |
1 | Cold butter - cut small pieces |
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a bowl combine cranberries, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. In another bowl combine pecans, brown sugar and flour. Add butter and mix lightly with your fingers until crumbly.
Fill a 2- to 2 1/2-quart glass baking dish with fruit mixture and top with pecan mixture. Bake until bubbly and golden-brown, about 30 minutes. Serve hot or warm.
This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
