Oatmeal Fudge Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Sugar |
1 | Butter | |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Cocoa |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
Mix in saucepan, and bring to hard boil.
Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in 2 1/2 cups quick oats and 1/2 cup peanut butter. Whip until smoothly blended.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper to cool. (This is my Granny's recipe, which Mother and I both made frequently as teenagers...)
