Nut Frappe

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 tablespoon 7.5mlGelatin
1/4 cup 59mlCold water
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozSugar
1 cup 237mlPineapple cooked or canned
1 cup 237mlStrawberries
1 cup 237mlCream
3/4 cup 177mlMilk
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozChopped nuts
1   Egg white

Recipe Instructions

Soak gelatin in cold water 5 minutes.

Dissolve over hot water.

Add dissolved gelatin to whipped cream, milk and sugar.

Stir in beaten egg white.

When cold, add pineapple and strawberries chopped in small pieces, and chopped nuts.

Serve cold in sherbet glasses.
