Nut Frappe Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Gelatin |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Cold water |
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Pineapple cooked or canned |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Strawberries |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Cream |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Milk |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chopped nuts |
| 1 | Egg white |
Soak gelatin in cold water 5 minutes.
Dissolve over hot water.
Add dissolved gelatin to whipped cream, milk and sugar.
Stir in beaten egg white.
When cold, add pineapple and strawberries chopped in small pieces, and chopped nuts.
Serve cold in sherbet glasses.
