Non-Fat Whipped Cream Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Evaporated skim milk |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Confectioners sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
Ingredients must be ICE COLD.
Pour evap milk into a small bowl. Chill milk and beaters in freezer for approx. 30 minutes (until ice crystals form around the bowl's edge).
Beat milk on high for 1 minute, until very frothy.
Gradually add sugar and vanilla.
Continue beating for 2 minutes, until very stiff.
