No-Cook Butterscotch Ice Cream

Recipe Ingredients

2		Egg
1 cup	160g / 5.6oz	Brown sugar
3 cups	711ml	Milk
2		Instant butterscotch pudding
2 cups	474ml	Half-and-half
1 cup	146g / 5.1oz	Pecan - chopped s

Recipe Instructions

In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy.

Beat in brown sugar, milk and pudding mix until smooth.

Stir in half-and-half and pecans.
