No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Dates - chopped |
| 1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Raisins - chopped |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Walnuts - coarsely chopped |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Molasses |
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Peanut butter |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Orange juice |
| 1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Shredded coconut |
Combine dates, raisins and nuts in a medium sized bowl. Stir in the molasses. Add peanut butter, stirring until well combined.
Stir in 2 tb of the orange juice. Add enough of the remaining orange juice to form a moist mixture that can be formed into balls.
Roll into 1/2" balls and roll each ball into the shredded coconut.
Store in an airtight container out of direct sunlight.
Let sit for at least 1 day before serving.
