Neapolitan Delight

Recipe Ingredients

4		Fresh peaches (large)
2 cups	396g / 13oz	Sugar
4 cups	948ml	Orange juice
1/4 cup	59ml	Lemon juice
3/4 cup	177ml	Apricot brandy

Recipe Instructions

Peel the fresh peaches, cut into halves, and remove pits. Then cut into small cubes (or use 8 canned-peach halves). Add sugar and stir well. Add orange and lemon juice, stir, then add 1/4 cup of the apricot brandy. Mix all ingredients well and freeze.
