| 4 | Fresh peaches (large) | |
| 2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Sugar |
| 4 cups | 948ml | Orange juice |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Apricot brandy |
Peel the fresh peaches, cut into halves, and remove pits. Then cut into small cubes (or use 8 canned-peach halves). Add sugar and stir well. Add orange and lemon juice, stir, then add 1/4 cup of the apricot brandy. Mix all ingredients well and freeze.
