| 1/3 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Cocoa powder - unsweetened |

| 1 3/4 cups | 255g / 9oz | Graham wafer cracker crumbs |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Nuts - finely chopped |
| 1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Coconut - shredded |
| Middle Layer | ||
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Light cream |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Custard powder - * |
| 2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Icing sugar |
| Top Layer | ||
| 4 oz | 113g | Semisweet chocolate |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
Bottom Layer: In double boiler, melt butter, sugar and cocoa; add egg and cook until thickened. Add crumbs, nuts and coconut. Press into ungreased 9 inch square pan.
Middle Layer: Beat together butter, cream, custard powder and sugar; spread over base. Chill.
Top Layer: Melt chocolate with butter; cool slightly. Pour over second layer; chill. Cut into bars.
