Recipe Ingredients

3 cups 711mlShredded cabbage
1   Orange - peeled, sectioned
1 cup 237mlRed seedless grapes - halved
1/2 cup 55g / 1.9ozSliced celery
8 oz 227gOrange yogurt, low-fat
1 oz 28gApple - chopped (small)

Recipe Instructions

In a large salad bowl, combine cabbage, orange sections, grapes, and celery. In another bowl stir together yogurt and apple. Spread dressing over cabbage mixture. Cover and chill. Just before serving, toss gently. Serve on cabbage-lined plates.

Serving size is 1/2 cup.
