Mocha Smoothie

Recipe Ingredients

1   Hinoichi soft tofu - drained
1 cup 237mlNonfat milk - 1% milk or milk substitute
2   Ripe bananas - sliced (about 1 (medium) cup)
3/4 cup 148g / 5.2ozSugar
2 teaspoons 10mlInstant coffee
1/2 cup 55g / 1.9ozCocoa powder
2 1/2 teaspoons 12mlVanilla extract
2 cups 474mlIce cubes

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients except ice cubes into blender or food processor bowl and blend 1 minute or until smooth.

Add ices cubes a few at a time and process until smooth.

Serve immediately or chill for later (blend an additional 30 seconds before serving).
