Mocha Smoothie Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Hinoichi soft tofu - drained | |
1 cup | 237ml | Nonfat milk - 1% milk or milk substitute |
2 | Ripe bananas - sliced (about 1 (medium) cup) | |
3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Instant coffee |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Cocoa powder |
2 1/2 teaspoons | 12ml | Vanilla extract |
2 cups | 474ml | Ice cubes |
Place all ingredients except ice cubes into blender or food processor bowl and blend 1 minute or until smooth.
Add ices cubes a few at a time and process until smooth.
Serve immediately or chill for later (blend an additional 30 seconds before serving).
