3   Egg whites
3/4 cup 148g / 5.2ozSugar - up to 1 cup
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlVanilla - up to 1 tsp.
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlCream of tartar - optional
1 cup 93g / 3.3ozCrushed crackers or cereal - nuts, coconut, up to 3

Recipe Instructions

Make meringue and fold in filler ingredient(s). You may use any combination of filler items.

Bake: 275F-300F 1 hour or less 325F-350F 1/2 hour or less 400-425F Turn off oven and leave meringue in until it cools

For 9" square pan user 4 egg whites. For 9"x13" loaf use 6 egg whites.
