Maple Cream Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 328g / 11oz | Maple syrup |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Evaporated milk |
| Pecans - for garnish |
Boil maple syrup and butter together for 3 minutes. Cool and stir in evaporated milk. Serve with pecans.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
