Maple Butter Frosting Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter |
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped walnuts |
| Or | ||
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped pecans |
| 3 cups | 594g / 20oz | Confectioners sugar |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Maple syrup (to 6 tbs) |
Thoroughly cream butter and sugar, adding maple syrup until light and spreadable.
Add nuts and frost cake.
