2   Corn - (16 oz) - drained
2   Egg without yolks - hard-boiled, chopped
6   Spring onions - chopped
2 tablespoons 30mlLight mayonnaise
  Juice of 1 lemon

Recipe Instructions

Mix all ingredients together. Chill. Serving size is 1 cup.
