1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Flour |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking soda |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cocoa |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vinegar |
1 cup | 237ml | Cold water |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine cocoa, oil, vinegar, and vanilla, mixing well. Add water in several additions. Mix well. Pour into muffin tins lined with wax paper. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
