Lemon Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

3 tablespoons 45mlSugar
1 tablespoon 15mlLemon juice
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1 cup 237mlWater - boiling
1 tablespoon 15mlCornstarch
1/2   Lemon - grated rind of
1 teaspoon 5mlButter

Recipe Instructions

Combine the sugar, salt and cornstarch and mix thoroughly.

Slowly add the water and cook in a double boiler until mixture thickens.

Add the butter and stir until melted.

Stir in the grated lemon rind and juice.
