Carrot Bake Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Carrots - shredded |
3/4 cup | 30g / 1.1oz | Quaker Oat Bran cereal - uncooked |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Egg substitute - (equal to 1 egg) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Snipped chives - fresh or frozen |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped nuts |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Nutmeg |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into 1-quart casserole or baking dish sprayed with vegetable oil spray. Bake 40 minutes. Serving size 1/2 cup.
