Lemon Ice Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Boiling water |
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Grated lemon rind |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Fresh lemon juice |
| 1 | Salt |
Combine all ingredients; stir well. Let cool to room temperature.
Pour into an 8 inch square baking dish; cover. Freeze at least 6 hours.
Break frozen mixture into chunks. Place chunks in food processor; process until smooth.
