Broccoli Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Broccoli - in bite-size pieces | |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Bean sprouts - (to 2 cups) |
1 | Water chestnuts - drained | |
1 cup | 237ml | Sliced mushrooms |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sesame seeds |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Honey |
1 | Ginger |
In a bowl, combine broccoli, sprouts, water chestnuts, and mushrooms. In a small bowl, combine last 5 ingredients to make dressing. Pour dressing over vegetables and marinate overnight.
