Breakfast Waffle Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Oat bran |
1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Pancake mix, fat-free |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Baking powder |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Skim milk |
1 | Egg white | |
1 | Vanilla |
Mix dry ingredients. Add milk and vanilla (if mix is stiff, add one more tablespoon milk.) Fold whipped egg white. Heat waffle maker, sprayed lightly with vegetable oil spray. Pour batter into waffle maker and bake until golden brown.
