Kiwifruit And Strawberries

Recipe Ingredients

2		Kiwifruit
2 cups	474ml	Strawberries
1 tablespoon	15ml	Orange juice - frozen
		Concentrates mixed with - - 1 tb water
1 teaspoon	5ml	Pine nuts - toasted

Recipe Instructions

Peel kiwifruit and slice in thin rounds. Arrange on dessert plates.

Wash, hull and slice the strawberries and arrange them over the kiwifruit.

Drizzle orange juice over each dish and top with pine nuts.
