Kahlua Creamy Fudge Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/3 cups | 263g / 9.3oz | Sugar |
1 | Marshmallow cream | |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Evaporated milk |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter or margarine |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Kahlua |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Semisweet chocolate chips |
1 cup | 237ml | Milk chocolate chips |
2/3 cup | 97g / 3.4oz | Nuts - , chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla extract |
Line an 8" square baking pan with foil.
In a 2 quart saucepan, combine sugar, marshmallow crème, milk, butter, Kahlua and salt.
Bring to a rapid boil, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; add all chocolate.
Stir until melted. Add nuts and vanilla.
Turn into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm. To serve, cut in squares. Makes about 2 3/4 pounds.
