Kahlua Creamy Fudge

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/3 cups 263g / 9.3ozSugar
1   Marshmallow cream
2/3 cup 157mlEvaporated milk
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozButter or margarine
1/4 cup 59mlKahlua
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
2 cups 220g / 7.8ozSemisweet chocolate chips
1 cup 237mlMilk chocolate chips
2/3 cup 97g / 3.4ozNuts - , chopped
1 teaspoon 5mlVanilla extract

Recipe Instructions

Line an 8" square baking pan with foil.

In a 2 quart saucepan, combine sugar, marshmallow crème, milk, butter, Kahlua and salt.

Bring to a rapid boil, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat; add all chocolate.

Stir until melted. Add nuts and vanilla.

Turn into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm. To serve, cut in squares. Makes about 2 3/4 pounds.
