Honeydew Freeze

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 474mlCubed honeydew melon
1/4 cup 59mlMidori
  (melon-flavored liqueur)
1/4 cup 59mlLime juice
4   Honeydew melon balls - (optional)
  (1/2-inch)
  Fresh mint leaves - (optional)

Recipe Instructions

Place cubed melon in an airtight container, and freeze 8 hours.

Combine Midori and lime juice in container of an electric blender. Gradually add frozen melon cubes, and process until smooth.
