Honeydew Freeze Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Cubed honeydew melon |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Midori |
(melon-flavored liqueur) | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lime juice |
4 | Honeydew melon balls - (optional) | |
(1/2-inch) | ||
Fresh mint leaves - (optional) |
Place cubed melon in an airtight container, and freeze 8 hours.
Combine Midori and lime juice in container of an electric blender. Gradually add frozen melon cubes, and process until smooth.
