| Sweet buckwheat crepes - (see recipe) | ||
| Honey Pear Butter | ||
| 1 cup | 237ml | Very ripe pear - peeled, cored and cubed |
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Butter - softened |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
Spread about 1-1/2 tablespoons Honey-Pear Butter evenly over surface of hot crepes; fold crepes in quarters and serve immediately.
Makes 8 filled crepes.
Honey-Pear Butter: Place pear in a food processor or blender and blend until pureed. Add butter and honey and process until completely smooth.
Makes about 2-1/4 cups.
