Honey-Kissed Mango And Raspberries Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Grated lime rind |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh lime juice |
1 | Ground red pepper - optional | |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Peeled cubed mango about 2 large |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Raspberries |
Lime rind - optional |
Combine honey, lime rind, lime juice, and, if desired, red pepper in a medium bowl; stir well. Add cubed mango and raspberries, and toss gently to coat.
Divide mixture evenly among 4 dessert dishes or stemmed glasses. Garnish with lime rind curls, if desired.
