2 cups | 474ml | Milk |
3 | Eggs | |
1 | Cream | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla |
2 oz | 56g | Chocolate |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt -- |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Honey |
Make a boiled custard or the milk, melted chocolate, honey eggs and vanilla.
When cool add cream and freeze.
