Honey Caramel Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Honey |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Heavy cream |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter or margarine |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
Combine honey and cream in heavy saucepan; cook and stir over medium-high heat until mixture reaches 238F. Stir in butter, vanilla and salt. Cool.
