Hershey's Reduced Fat Brownies

Recipe Ingredients

6 tablespoons 90ml-- ¥
50   60% vegetable oil spread
1 cup 198g / 7ozGranulated sugar
1/2 cup 55g / 1.9ozHershey's cocoa or Hershey's Dutch
  Processed cocoa
1 teaspoon 5mlVanilla extract
2   Egg whites - slightly beaten
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozAll-purpose flour
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozFinely chopped walnuts
  Powdered sugar

Recipe Instructions

Heat oven to 350F.

Lightly spray 8-inch square baking pan with vegetable cooking spray. In medium saucepan over low heat, melt spread. Add granulated sugar; stir until blended.

Remove from heat; stir in cocoa and vanilla. Add egg whites; stir to blend. Stir in flour and walnuts. Spread batter into prepared pan.

Bake 25 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from sides of pan.

Cool completely.

Sift powdered sugar over top.

Cut into bars.

Yields 16 brownies.
