Heavenly Brownies Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Flour |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Butter |
1 1/8 | Sugar | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Water |
12 oz | 340g | Chocolate chip |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |

1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Almonds - chopped |
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl and set aside.
In saucepan, bring butter, sugar and water just to a boil. Remove from heat and add 6 oz of chocolate chip morsels and vanilla.
Stir until smooth.
Place chocolate mixture into a mixing bowl. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each egg.
Blend in flour mixture. Stir in remaining chocolate chip morsels and the chopped almonds.
Spread into a 9 cake pan and bake in a 350F oven until done.
Cool and cut into squares.
