Hazelnut Fudge Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 594g / 20oz | Sugar |
1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
1/2 cup | 164g / 5.8oz | Corn syrup |
3 | Unsweetened chocolate | |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Butter |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vanilla |
1 cup | 237ml | Oregon hazelnuts |
Cook sugar, milk, corn syrup and butter to 238F.
Pour into mixing bowl; add vanilla; cool 15 minutes.
Beat until thick. Stir in nuts and pour into buttered pan.
