Green Irish Whiskey Sour Jelly For St. Patrick's Day Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 | Lemon-lime flavor gelatin - * see note | |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Boiling water |
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Cold water |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Irish whiskey |
* Two small boxes of Nabisco "Royal"-brand gelatin, LEMON-LIME flavor. (General Foods Jell-O brand doesn't come in this flavor, but you could probably substitute one small Lemon Jell-O and one small Lime Jell-O.)
Add boiling water to bowl and add gelatin. Mix until all sugar and gelatin is dissolved. Add the cold water and whiskey. Place in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
