Green Buttercream Frosting Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 | Cut butter or margarine - softened | |
4 cups | 792g / 27oz | Powdered sugar |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Milk |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla extract |
Green food coloring |
Beat butter until creamy in large bowl. Gradually add about one half of the powdered sugar, beating well.
Slowly beat in milk and vanilla.
Gradually add remaining powdered sugar, beating until smooth.
Add additional milk if necessary, until frosting is spreading consistency.
Add green food coloring.
