Giant Cinnamon Rolls Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Loaf Rhodes frozen bread dough | |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Raisins |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Soft margarine |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cinnamon |
Roll warm thawed dough into a 12x16" rectangle. Brush dough soft butter. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Sta on a long side, roll up. Cut into six slices. Place in a 7x1 pan. Flatten each roll with the palm of your hand to 1/2". L rise until light and doubled in size.
Bake in preheated oven 350F. for 20-25 minutes. Glazed with confectioners' sugar mixed with milk.
For heavier icing: add 2 T. butter, 2 T. boiling water and 1 vanilla to confectioners' sugar and milk.
