Fudge Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
12 oz | 340g | Evaporated milk - (1 can) |
1 3/4 cups | 346g / 12oz | Sugar |
4 oz | 113g | Unsweetened chocolate - (4 squares) |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Margarine |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Vanilla extract |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
Combine the milk and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, to a rolling boil.
Boil and stir for 1 minute. Add the chocolate and stir until smooth and melted.
Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
Makes enough for two gift containers.
