Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 474mlFresh pineapple chunks
1 cup 237mlCubed red-skinned pear - (1 medium)
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozCoarsely chopped orange sections - (1 medium)
1/2 cup 55g / 1.9ozPomegranate seeds
1/2 cup 118mlMadeira or dry sherry
2 teaspoons 10mlPowdered sugar
1 cup 237mlSliced banana - (2 medium)

Recipe Instructions

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large, shallow dish.

Combine Madeira and sugar, and stir well; pour over fruit, and toss gently.

Cover and marinate in refrigerator for up to 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
