Fruit-And-Nut Balls

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 118mlDates - pitted
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozRaisins - dark or golden
2 tablespoons 30mlCocoa -or- carob
  R
1/2 cup 118mlWalnuts
1/2 cup 55g / 1.9ozSunflower seeds
  Walnuts - ground

Recipe Instructions

Grind together dates, raisins, cocoa (or carob powder), walnuts and sunflower seeds in a food processor or meat grinder.

Press the mixture into 24 small balls. Roll in the ground nuts. Store in an airtight container.

Serves 12
