1 cup | 237ml | Boiling water |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar free carbonated bev |
Sparkling water or club soda - any flavor cold * | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Fresh fruit - sliced * |
Mint leaves - optional |
*Choose flavors based on your choice of fruits and carbonated beverage. (Example: strawberry gelatin, strawberry sparkling water and sliced strawberries and bananas OR orange gelatin, club soda and mandarin orange sections. You get the idea. <g>) Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add beverage. Chill until slightly thickened. Add fruit.
Pour into individual dessert dishes. Chill until firm, about 1 hour. Garnish with additional fruit and mint leaves, if desired.
