Fruit Cocktail Dessert

Recipe Ingredients

2   Eggs
1 cup 198g / 7ozSugar
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozFlour
1 teaspoon 5mlBaking soda
1   Salt
1   Fruit cocktail - drained
1 teaspoon 5mlAlmond extract
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozBrown sugar
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozChopped pecans
  Whipped cream

Recipe Instructions

Combine eggs and sugar well. Add flour, soda, and salt and mix well.

Then add fruit cocktail and almond flavoring.

Mix by hand with spoon.

Spread in greased pan, 11 x 7" or 9 x 9".

On top sprinkle brown sugar and pecans.

Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 250F. Serve either hot or cold with whipped cream.
