Fried Egg Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Milk |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Buttermilk |
| 4 | Peach halves |
Put milk in jar and add the 2 T buttermilk. Stir well and set aside for 24 hours.
It will thicken.
To make dessert put a couple of spoonfuls onto a plate and flatten a bit.
Put a peach half on top of this, thus the name of fried egg.
